Cloverdale is a residential suburb about 10 kilometres east of the Perth CBD within the City of Belmont. The suburb name comes from Cloverdale Park and Cloverdale Estate, a subdivision in the area advertised for sale in 1910 as “a small farmer’s dream”, and was officially recognised as a suburb name in 1954.
